  • WHY BOOK A SERVICED HOUSE OR APARTMENT WITH ROOM?
    At Room we provide beautiful serviced apartments and houses as a comfortable and cost-effective alternative to cramped and expensive hotel rooms. We take pride in providing all of our guests with a true home-from-home experience. All bills are included and you will have access to your own private amenities including a fully-equipped kitchen and flexible living space. Our dedicated team are always on-hand should you need anything during your stay.
  • DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
    We do allow pets at some of our Room properties. Additional charges apply. Please get in touch for more information.
  • DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING?
    We do not allow smoking at any of our properties.
  • IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF NIGHTS THAT I NEED TO BOOK?
    In most cases we require a minimum stay of 2 nights. However, this can vary by property and at different times of year. You can check availability using our online calendar.
  • HOW CAN I MAKE A BOOKING?
    Click the Book Now button on our website to make an instant booking online or give us a call to discuss your requirements.
  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
    We accept all major credit cards. We also accept direct bank transfers under certain circumstances – please contact us for more information. We do not accept payment by cash or cheque.
  • DO I HAVE TO PAY A SECURITY DEPOSIT?
    A security deposit is required at some of our properties.
  • CAN I EXTEND MY STAY?
    You can request to extend your stay and we will do our best to accommodate subject to availability. We require at least 48hours notice.
  • WHAT TIME WILL I NEED TO ARRIVE AND DEPART?
    Arrival time is any time after 4pm and check-out is by 10.00am
  • DO I NEED TO MEET SOMEBODY AT THE PROPERTY TO GAIN ACCESS?
    Room like to give our guests the flexibility to come and go as they please. All of our properties have automated entry so you do not need to meet anybody from Room at the property to gain access. Access details will be sent to you shortly before you are due to check-in and once online check-in has been completed.
  • DO YOU PROVIDE PARKING?
    Some of Room properties come with a private parking allocation.
  • DO YOU ALLOW CHILDREN?
    We do allow children at all Room properties.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY KEYS?
    Additional charges apply for the replacement of lost keys or if our team are unable to locate the keys when they arrive to service the property after you check-out.
