We take pride in providing all of our guests with a true home-from-home experience. All bills are included and you will have access to your own private amenities including a fully-equipped kitchen and flexible living space. Our dedicated team are always on-hand should you need anything during your stay.

We accept all major credit cards. We also accept direct bank transfers under certain circumstances – please contact us for more information. We do not accept payment by cash or cheque.

You can request to extend your stay and we will do our best to accommodate subject to availability. We require at least 48hours notice.

DO I NEED TO MEET SOMEBODY AT THE PROPERTY TO GAIN ACCESS?

Room like to give our guests the flexibility to come and go as they please. All of our properties have automated entry so you do not need to meet anybody from Room at the property to gain access. Access details will be sent to you shortly before you are due to check-in and once online check-in has been completed.
